Residential 3 Rail with Pickets and Scrolls
From our Toro Residential Series, this style features a three rail design with pickets extending above the top rails. Scrolls are placed on every other picket. Pickets can be pinched (as shown) for a classic arrow top look, or flat top with a plastic insert.
